Refund Policy

Eligible new accounts receive one three-day free trial. Stripe collects a payment method when the trial is started. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, TabCub charges $2.99 USD and renews automatically each month until cancelled. Any applicable taxes or currency conversion are shown or handled as required by the payment provider and applicable law.

You may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal linked from TabCub. Cancelling during the trial prevents the first monthly charge, while access continues until the trial ends. Cancelling after payment takes effect at the end of the current billing period. TabCub remains available until that date, and no further renewal is charged unless the subscription is restarted.

Subscription payments are non-refundable and are not prorated for an unused part of a billing period, except where applicable law requires a refund. Turning off the extension, disconnecting a guide, or not using the service does not automatically end the Stripe subscription.

If you believe a charge is duplicated, unauthorized, incorrect, or connected to a material service failure, email support.tabcub@gmail.com promptly with the Stripe receipt email and a description of the issue. We will review the request without limiting any non-waivable rights you may have.

When a refund is approved or legally required, it is sent through Stripe to the original payment method. The time for the credit to appear depends on Stripe, the payment network, and the customer’s financial institution.
